Sample Daily Meal Planner #7


It's been a long time since I've posted a Sample Daily Meal Planner, so here's a new one. Number 7 completes a whole week of meal ideas.


Breakfast
2 thick slices of pumpkin banana bread, smeared with apple butter
½ cup mixed berries (try raspberries, blueberries, and dried cranberries)

Morning Snack
Clementine
¼ cup cashews

Lunch

Afternoon Snack
Carrot sticks and Red Pepper Strips with hummus

Dinner

Bedtime Snack

2 thick slices of pumpkin banana bread, smeared with soy-free peanut butter
