Sample Daily Meal Planner #6

Breakfast
2 eggs, scrambled with diced tomatoes & bell peppers
½ cup watermelon chunks

Morning Snack
So Delicious Yogurt (soy & dairy free!) – mix in 2 tbsp Grape-Nuts cereal

Lunch
Orzo pasta salad (with ¼ cup cubed ham steak and your choice of chopped veggies)

Afternoon snack
Grape-Nuts cereal with Almond Breeze

Dinner

Bedtime snack
Utz Tortilla Chips with Wholly Guacamole
