On a restricted diet, I was always on the lookout for quick snacks that could be eaten anywhere. So, I was thrilled to spot the lack of milk or soy ingredients in Bumble Bee's Spicy Thai Chili Tuna Bowl product!

Even the Spicy Thai Chili Tuna with Crackers combo features no milk or soy ingredients in either the tuna mixture, or the crackers. Watch out, though, for the other flavors -- Lemon & Cracked Pepper, and Sundried Tomato & Basil -- which contain Soya Oil among their ingredients.
