The holidays are upon us. Many of you may be chugging juice to get your Vitamin C to stay healthy, so I wanted to remind you that just because the label says "100% Juice" doesn't mean you shouldn't read the entire list of ingredients.

Yesterday, I discovered that my Minute Maid Pomegranate Blueberry 100% Fruit Juice Blend contains SOY LECITHIN, which is listed as the penultimate ingredient on the label.

SO KEEP READING THOSE LABELS! I know it is frustrating to have to do so, but if you are nursing a baby with allergies or sensitivities, the extra effort is definitely worth it.
