If you need to eliminate soy from your diet, you might find yourself missing a simple stir-fry every so often. Wok cooking is easy and simple, but not if you can't find a soy-free cooking sauce.
I recently found out about The Ginger People, who have a few Asian-style sauces that contain no dairy or soy ingredients: Sweet Ginger Chili cooking/dipping sauce; Ginger Wasabi "slathering and dipping sauce"; and Ginger Lemon Grass cooking sauce.
Get out the wok and start cooking!
