Remember Your Calcium

If you are a nursing mother who cannot consume dairy products due to your baby's milk allergy, you need to either take a calcium supplement (Tums and Rolaids are also high in calcium) or be sure to eat non-dairy foods with high calcium content.

The recommended daily intake of calcium is 1000 milligrams/day.
