Sample Daily Meal Planner
2-3 eggs scrambled with 1/2 tomato (diced) and 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
grapes on the side
1 cup fruit salad (or a pre-packaged diced fruit cup)
1/2 cup orange jello cubes
Sandwich: Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagel with salami (or other soy-free sliced deli meat), sliced tomato, lettuce & mustard
Apple wedges with peanut butter spread
Rice cakes (plain or kettle corn flavor usually have no milk or soy ingredients)
1 cup applesauce
(leftover stew makes a filling & easy lunch the next day!)
Before Bed Snack
Oatmeal with chopped pecans and diced dried apricots or raisins
