Here's your first "Sample Daily Meal Planner" for nursing moms who need ideas on healthy meals, but whose babies are allergic or sensitive to milk and soy proteins.
Sample Daily Meal Planner
Oatmeal packet w/almond slivers
Whole fresh banana
1/2 cup mixture raisins/nuts
Tuna Pasta Salad:
*diced red onion
vinaigrette w/olive oil,
tarragon, salt & pepper
Pitas & hummus
Baked chicken (you can use the leftover cherry tomatoes, spinach,mushrooms & red onion from the lunch recipe!)
Before Bed Snack
1/2 whole wheat bagel with peanut butter (Thomas' whole wheat bagels were what I ate, confirm on package that product still contains nosoybean oil)
